Step 01 Email us once
Send a one-line message to refunds@testavia.com from the email on your account. No subject template required. No reason required. "I’d like a refund" is enough.
Step 02 We respond same business day
A real human on the support team confirms the refund within one business day, usually within four hours. No bot. No drip campaign. No discount counter-offers.
Step 03 Refund hits your card in 3–5 days
Stripe processes the refund to the original payment method. Bank settlement typically takes 3–5 business days. We email you when the refund is sent and again when Stripe confirms it cleared.

We try to be the prep platform that doesn’t weaponize the fine print. These two lists are the entire policy — no link to a 12-page legal page.
Refundable
- 30-day refund window from the date of purchase
- Any single-course plan (TEAS, HESI, NCLEX-RN/PN)
- Any plan duration (30, 60, 90, or 180-day)
- Sure PASS guarantee plans — same window, separate from the pass guarantee itself
- Bundle purchases and Nursing School bundles
Not refundable
- Time outside the 30-day window — file before day 30, no exceptions to the date
- Plans purchased via institutional / school bulk licensing (those follow the school contract)
- Third-party purchases (Amazon, third-party resellers — we don’t fulfill those)
- Plans gifted to you by another account (the original payer requests the refund)
The refund and the Pass Guarantee are two different promises.
The 30-day refund is for any reason — you don’t need to have failed an exam, you don’t need to have finished the course. The Pass Guarantee (on Sure PASS and Intense PREP plans) is a separate, longer-window refund that applies if you sit the exam and don’t pass.
