These terms govern your use of Testavia. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Plans are billed as described at checkout. Every plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy for the full mechanics. The Pass Guarantee, where offered, is described on the qualifying course page.

Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly post our question bank or rationales.

• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the content database.

• Do not use the platform to cheat on a live, proctored exam.
